This hop harvest we’ve managed to get our hands on freshly picked Galaxy™hops from HPA’s Rostrevor hop gardens. To showcase its powerful flavour and aroma we’ve steeped wet cones in a dry West Coast style malt base and then added freshly dried whole cone hops to the fermenter.
